I bought a new LG washing machine on 13.07.13 from reliance digital. The washing machine was installed by reliance digital representaives at my residence. At the time of installation, i was asked to purchase a stand for placing the washing maching. Just a few days later, on 11.08.13 the machine toppled and fell out of the stand with a big bang noise. I immediately approached LG Customer care & Reliance Digital for help and after repeat requests and pleading, LG service came to our home after 2 days.(13.08.13). They agreed that it was an installation mistake of reliance digital and this model did not require a stand. The machine was dented.I did not get any response from Reliance uptill today forcing me to file this complaint. I have all documentary evidence to this case and can be shared.
1. I need compensation of 20 Lakh for the anxeity i had to face. I had to run for home from office in the traffic putting myself under risk of accident. Also this neglegience could have led to loss of life had my kid was near to the washing machine. 2. Appology from LG and Reliance Digital. 3. Emergency service from LG to reach the spot within one hr. 4. Proper training to all persons responsible for installation.
