I had purchased fully automatic top load washing machine from reliance digital (chennai – Kolathur branch) on 26th July 2015. I had a problem for spin issue during first week of Dec’2015 and a compliant was registered by me through the reliance digital helpdesk. The mechanic came to my home after one week and examined the machine condition and he found that the machine main drum bearing was failed/damaged and he told that to arrange the spare parts he needs 2 weeks’ time and subsequently he arranged the same and brought to my home after three weeks and fixed into the machine. However, he had completed this job by 09:00 pm we were not able to check the machine condition by wash. So we tired next day morning and again the spin issue came. With regard to this, I registered a second compliant on Jan’2016 after that no proper response from your side till date. We kept our machine almost two and half month in ideal condition. I have also visited to the above branch more than 5 time personally and not received satisfactory response from them. I hope you can understand my problem and seek your fullest cooperation to complete my issue.

This is to bring to your notice that your rescue team has visited to my home couple of days before and examined the machine condition. They told that the repair work would be done only in their workshop and will return the machine within two days. Hence, they have taken the machine from my home. Since it is more than five days I did not even received any information from your end. This is to inform you that I have received the washing machine on 7th Mar’16. But now I am facing a new problem that is water is draining from washing machine during spin cycle. I don’t understand that why I am facing such problems continuously? If the machine is a faulty product than please try to replace it. Otherwise solve the problem permanently. I had purchased the machine on July’15 and had a problem during Dec’15. Now almost 3 month over but I am not able to use the machine till date.
