I had booked an apartment in DLF Woodland Heights on Mar 28, 2014 through the Bangalore Office of BOP Pvt Ltd (broker). As per the deal structure, a discount of 4% amounting to Rs 1, 33,444 /- on the applicable BSP of Rs 3650 was to be given to me by BOP upon payment of 25% of the total amount. I have been following up for the discount amount since Sep 11, 2014 with the Bangalore office who had committed to me that the same is under process and will be done soon. However, the discussions on the same went on till Jan 2015 and suddenly, the Bangalore office was closed. Upon speaking to the Head Office of BOP at Gurgaon, my credit note was processed in May 2015 and submitted to the Accounts Team for payment. However, the payments were not released pending approval who promptly informed me that the process would take exactly 3 months. Even after 3 months, my credit note was not released and I was not given any payment. On Oct 26, 2015,DLF requested me to fill up a credit note receiving format and submit the same along with other documents. The duly filled in format along with copy of my PAN Card and DLF Ledger Report was submitted on Oct 28, 2015. Since then, I have been trying to reach through mails and phone. However, my issue still remains the same and I am yet to receive my discount.

I am yet to receive the discount amount of Rs 133444 which has lead increased cost of purchase of my flat. Also, there has been loss of interest on account of the delay from Sep 2014.
