Motorola Mobility – No Service After Sales

Sir, This case is related to Motoroal Mobility India Pvt Ltd. 1. I have purchased one motog3 mobile vide invoice No CHN_PUZHAL_ 0120151000 099745 of WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd on 15/10/2015 through online order vide Flipkart. 2. This mobile handset was sold to me with one year guarantee for any manufacturing defect. 3. When I started using 4G SMI card it started giving network issue. 4. I approached Motoroal authorised service centre and they accepted the issue as manufacturing defect and received the set for repair and issued above mentioned service request slip. 5. I had handed over the mobile on 23rd Jan 2016 to M/s New Tech Solutions, Vashi, Navi Mumbai vide work order No VZI/MG/15/01983 nd the service centre committed to repair within 10 days. But till now there is no response from service centre. 6. In the mean time I contacted motoroal customer care more than 10 times in last one and half month but they have not given any clarity on status of repair. No timeline given to me. I kindly request you to help in this matter.

I want immediate replacement of product or refund of amount paid for purchase of mobile phone.
