I’d purchased a refrigerator of Panasonic made from Reliance Digital Retailer Ltd, Near Haldiram, Kaikhali, Kolkata 700052 on 14th April 2014(Bill No Nandini Das 89540110 01614042014). 14th April was the last day of Bengali calendar year. On that occasion Reliance told me that they considered 50% discount on the last display product having Model No BW465V model. The price was Rs 63490.00. After discount I paid Rs 32000.00 to Reliance against the said model. But unfortunately they delivered me BW465VNX model.

Most probably BW465VNX model has almost same market price like Rs 32000 to Rs 40,000.00.
They made the bill against B465V and gave me the 50% dicount. So they have to provide me the same model. Or they have to give me the 50% discount on the market price of BW465VNX model.
