Reliance Digital SMART Reconnect TV User Review

This problem seems to never subside. I bought TV (42 inch SMART Reconnect TV) in Aug 2014, got installed after 1month and got 1st issue on 10th Oct-resolved on 20th Oct (after several complain call) and now againis tv is not working since 01/11/2014. Today morning I called up the service guy who attended the same issue last time. He told me some ways to resolve over phone but it did not work out, I asked him to come and resolve but he is saying that today is Sunday and that this is Dongle issue so I will come on Monday. Now this reminds me of the promises and assurances given by the salesman when I was trying to purchase a good SMART TV at Reliance Digital, he said that Reconnect offers 24 hours service wherever you are, your problems will be swiftly resolved and I kept this in mind since my job is transferable I thought if I take this TV after 03 years to some other location I would get good service. Now all this seems to be like a distant dream because I purchased this TV barely 03 months ago and the problems that I am facing with this TV I don’t think I will ever get the service I desired for.

I want a refund because I don’t want to undergo such frustration and hardship because I spent too much of my hard earned money for this TV. I don’t even like all this calling and mailing for requesting to repair a newly purchased TV. Everyone would love to enjoy a product which is newly purchased for at least couple of years, definitely not like this.
