Lenovo PC Many Issues No Customer Service

I purchased Lenovo G505 on 23/11/2013 for my son from M/s Micropoint Computers to help him prepare for class 10th. Started facing problems in it and gave it for repairs to M/s Micropoint (dealer) on 28/09/2014 when there were problem with- – non-functional CD drive – delete key not working – sleep mode not working – start-up issue. The ordeal started since then as some Lenovo centres refused to take it up for repairs. Finally was given to M/s Hitech. It is now over one month and it has neither been repaired nor a laptop given in the interim. Have written innumerable mails to all at lenovo including Executive Director-Services. Except for some auto replies and a few regret mails, nothing has moved. My son is suffering tremendously on account of this. Lenovo seems to be least interested in resolving the issue despite several mails to all. I am in an absolute fix. i have several mail communications which can be shared when required.

An interim laptop be arranged. – Immediate repair of laptop or replace it with a new laptop. if none is possible, refund 100% money i have spent on it along with interest. -Warranty to be extended by whatever period since the laptop was given for repair on 28/9 till receipt of the same. – Additional warranty of 3 months to be given for checking whether the replaced parts are working fine. – Written surety from Lenovo that all replaced parts are new. – Monetary compensation of min. 10,000 INR for all the extreme trouble, inconvenience, compensation for son’s loss of study in a crucial year.
