I am Navnath Dahiwade.I have Purchased Basethings High Resolution Pen Hidden Spy Camera DVR pen from Snapdeal order no 3276558575.I made Payment on 20th Oct 2014 via Axis Bank Credit card Amt Rs565. I received mail your product will be deliver on 27th Oct 2014.Today is 3rd Nov 2014 they are not giving me any details they are saying we have dispatched your product you speak to courier company.I have paid amount to Snapdeal they are not taking responsibility today 15 days past they are refusing to return back my money.Please take Correct action against them.

I want my money back with interest in Credit card and I want my call charges the company must be punished to giving mentally headache because of them I loss my property deal.
