Reliance Digital Sold Faulty LG Refrigerator – Review

I bought a fridge (LG 420L) from Reliance digital and in turn received a faulty piece. On top of that there was no service available for 72 hours after the product delivery and to get the servicing done, It took me to call then for atleast 70 times. The technician who visited found fault and when I visited the store again I was told it will take 72 hours more for new piece to be delivered. I immediately cancelled my transaction and asked them for the refund. It has been more than 3 weeks since and I have not received payment of 10000 Rs that I made towards the first two installments of total 10 EMIs scheme. It is deeply painful for me to daily make calls to their support center and get no update.

I was without refrigerator for a week and I have a small kid (1.3 years) at home and managing everything was very difficult for us. I just want my money back.
