Reliance Digital TV Prepaid Connection not Working from last 1 month

We are having a 10+ month old Reliance Digital TV connection, with Subscriber ID : 200986785770. and it was fine but few days back we shifted to a different place in same locality. As it needs a connection reset we asked Reliance dealer to get it installed. Someone from Reliance office came and told that there is some issue with the setup box and they need to replace it. From that day (Approx 3 weeks) Setup box is not working. Complain number : 203663528. Is this the way you treat your customer prepaid customers who are trusting your service and pay money in advance ? Who will be responsible for the dis-comfort caused to us. Beside, I tried several time to contact customer care , Every time i am receiving same response your problem will be fixed soon.

Every day we need to talk to a new customer care representative and explain our complain again Our family is not able to watch TV Money we gave as prepaid charges are totally dumped

Connections should be retrieved The discomfort caused because of this should be compensated The charges which we paid should be compensated
