Tata Indicom Terminates Post-Paid Connection – Worst Customer Care

We had been using tata post paid connection and were having cug facility for our office. Suddenly we received a SMS that post paid services will be stopped on 17/6/2013 and we were requested to convert the post paid connection to prepaid . Accordingly we contacted the local office and were asked to make a payment of rs. 3700 towards our usage bill which we paid and a receipt was provided with an assurance that services wld be restored by tomorrow so that we will have an option of migrating the number to some other service provider. Nothing happened and the services remained barred. On contacting mr soumen in the local office we were told that the payment has been made and services will be restored soon. On 20th on contacting the call centre at 121 we were told that neither the payment has been updated nor any request for conveying the postpaid service to prepaid has been put forward. They further suggested that we meet the circle office in Kolkata. We are using the service for our firm and completely for our business. Due to the barred service our clients are unable to contact us and we r unable to provide our clients the services that they require.

Immediate restoration of services so that we can change the service provider and a compensation of rs. 500000 towards loss of business
