I had raised a request( Request No#212702986) by calling Reliance help line number on 26th Nov’13 to discontinue my fixed line connection(040-32950xxx). A request was taken and I was asked to visit any nearby Reliance web world and provide the details again. I did so on 26th Nov’13. I was told both by the call center executive and the web world person that within 60 days(2 months) the adjusted amount will be refunded. leter they told me that within 3 months the amount will be refunded. Still now i Hadn’t received the refund amount. Regards, Sourav Roy
