Dear Sir, On 15.01.2015 i had purchased a policy for my two wheeler BAJAJ DISCOVER 125 DTSI KS through Reliance General Insurance online website and paid the amount of Rs. 950 online with Transaction Number W091501 15500202 (Payment Date 15.01.2015). My Policy Number is : 92027423 12039099. Initially they had sent me a soft copy at my email id with many address mistakes, when i requested for a hard copy them told me to wait for a week. Till now i have written several emails, phone calls to them still i have not received any hard copy of the policy. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Due to non availability of my policy orizinal hard copy i have paid several fines to Delhi Traffic Police, i need my compensation. I need my compensation and the orizinal copy of the Insurance Certificate and the heavy fine to the Insurance company so that they could not cheat other customers, its surprising to see despite several emails they are not even bothered to solve the issue
