Reliance GSM – Continuously deducting balance

I am using Reliance GSM Mumbai. I was having 3G Balance of 1 GB however the company is continuously deducting balance from my main balance. They charged my almost 70 rs from main balance first day. They refunded the same after continuously following them for a period of 8 hours. The next day i received the same problem. My entire balance again got deducted. Then after calling them for almost 2 days they were giving the same reply that their server is down. Then on 4 th day they are saying that they can only see information for 3 days.Now they cannot refund the amount. Also the 3G problem which they assured will be solved on first day is not solved yet. The sequence of event started on 20 th October and its 24 October. Every time i recharge with 10 rs on internet usage my balance gets deducted from main balance inspire of having 3g balance of 1 gb still. I have called reliance customer care almos 30 times in 4 days. But the service level is horrible. Totral time spent with customer care team is almost 20 hours for 4 days most of it being hearing the adag tone which i don’t like.

I want refund of the amount and compensation of amount equivalent to 4 days salary which is close to 15000 rs and harassment charge of 20000 because of their network and system issues. Will send my salary slip if required. Since I have this connection as my main connection I am facing
