MTS Denying Refund on Surrendered Connection

My name’s John Ruban Joshua J. I purchased a internet data card from MTS on November 1st. The representative from MTS sales team came to the above address mentioned to show signal strength of the network. While he showed the signal strength was FULL in 3G plus. After seeing the signal strength I agreed to purchase the Data card device for Rs. 1000. During the time of purchase the sales representative named Bharath confirmed the following to me 1. He said the datacard device is free of cost and He said the network is of 9.8 MbPS and I would receive around 3 MbPS download speed. He said I can use 40GigaByte of data at 9.8 MbPS speed and then after that my speed will be capped to 156KbPS. 2. If the network doesn’t meet 2 MbPS speed after activation then they would refund the complete amount I’ve paid. 3. There will be no deductions from the total amount paid during the refund 4. He promised that In case of refund a representative from MTS itself will come to my address and deliver the refund
