Dear sir/ madam, This is to inform you that I have submitted my Micromax Canvax Elenza A93 at one of their authorized service center (B.R Services in Lajpat Nagar) in New Delhi on 4th Oct, 2014. They had given me an expected time of repair of two weeks. But now it’s almost two months but till now I’m getting confusing information from both the service center & micromax customer care. Always I’m calling I’m getting replies like, you have to wait for another month or please contact the customer care, but the customer care is not responding helpfully, they are advising me to go to the service center. I have mailed to “info@micromaxinfo.com” about this problem on 14th Nov, 2014 but there is no reply, not only that I have also launched a complaint to the micromax customer care (Complaint no.: 1511140893) on 15th Nov, 2014 but no helpful solution is coming from it. I have mailed to “info@micromaxinfo.com” for one more time regarding this on 18thNov, 2014 also, but still there is no reply. So it’s basically a position where I’m hanging between service center & customer care, & I may have to sacrifice my mobile. I’m going to move to Kolkata within this week, so I’ll be unable to collect my phone from the above said service center. Please help me get my phone back this week repaired or unrepaired.
