Hi, I was user of Reliance GSM postpaid with number 9555154xxx. In September 2014, I was relocating from Delhi to other state and asked the Reliance Store to discontinue my POSTPAID connection and migrate into prepaid. He asked me to pay my final bill of Rupees 300 while I had already paid of deposit amount 850. Therefore I had paid 300 Rs. to “DEVDHAR TELECOM, Sec 61, Noida (U.P) on Dated 12-09-2014, receipt is attached” and same day I have submitted the all required documents. I have received a sms on 16-09-2014 from “RM MNP” i.e., “Dear Reliance Customer, your MDN 9555154771 has been processed. Please dial 59059 to complete Tele verification process.”. But that time my sim has no network coverage. I have contact to Customer Care Executive (CCE), more than 20 times from my another reliance number but CCE did not help me anyhow and I was misguided by CCE. I have contacted 2 times to Reliance Store “DEVDHAR TELECOM” for status of my migration process, he said my request has been in process and said his requested has failed 2 times. I did the mail to CC, but no respond from that side. Please do the necessity ASAP for closure or migration of my number and revised my bill with Rs 0 CHARGES as per my request.
I want to either my number should be close or migrate into prepaid
