Reliance GSM – no network coverage i am facing huge losses

My mobile number is 9781132000, I have ported in reliance GSM since 10-15 days and using 3G data service on my mobile (operator Reliance GSM Punjab circle). In my office at the below address GF SDB-2 Infosys Limited Plot No. 1, Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park, Kishangarh, Chandigarh – 160101 Tel : 91 172 5038000 Fax : 91 172 5046860 There is no signal coming in at my seat in the building. I am not able to receive any call and if anybody calls he gets a message that the mobile you are trying to reach is not reachable. Due to signal problem I am also not able to use the 3G data for which I have subscribed due to no signal. If this is the kind of service reliance is providing then I am sorry to say that I have mistaken to port in reliance network. At my home also the signal strength is low.

I want either network coverage should be there so that i can remain in contact with my dear ones or reliance should allow me to port out to other operator although it has not been 3 months.
