Tata Sky – Billing Issue

Respescted sir, This is in regards with my complaint pertaining to recharge of my TATA SKY account no. 1110599873 for Rs 675/- on 17th August 2013 through net banking from Axis Bank. I had recharged my account with rs 675/- using the above mentioned payment mode and the same amount has been deducted from my account on the above mentioned date, even then the services of my TATA SKY have been deactivated stating that my recharge was unsuccessful though as i have mentioned Rs 675/- have been debited from my account. After making several calls to the TATA SKY customer care i was told that there was some technical issue because of which the account could not be recharged and i will have to recharge again so that the services could be resumed, i requested them to refund my money so that i can recharge it again, but i was told it will take 7-8 working days, Now why should the customer suffer for the technical issue from TATA SKY when i had made the payment well in time. I want my service to be activated again and the company to smoothen the process of recharge so that it doesn’t happen again.
