Reliance – GSM poor customer service

I recharged my mobile (reliance GSM )last month with Rs. 74 in which i got 25 p/min call rate and 500 mb data per month for 90 days (500×3=1500 mb. But i can’t use that offer benefits as the balance is deducted all the times when i used data and i complain to the customer care of the company so many time and written email also and every time they replied me that the offer benefits are updated in your account, but in real it was not happened. every time when i check my data service as the customer executive replied me the balance is deducted from my account balance. I tired up to write them so many email but same result same time. No positive response from their side. each time when i tried to call any phone number message shown that call could not be completed due to zero balance. this is embarrassing

Rs. 74 of recharge offer approx 100 rupees deducted for my data usage(This time) before this 70-80 Rs.

I want my balance again and proper service provided by company (no fake deduction) in future. So that i will not suffer for writing them so may emails and calls.
