I am the reliance GSM prepaid user of Bangalore Karnataka,Relinace has deducted my balance and change t=my plan without intimation and when i use to call to customer care they use to say the amount is correctly charged and even they had send me a sms saying that the amount is charged correctly.After giving more than 20 calls to customer care they retuned around 19 rupees and change my plan into my actually plan.Regarding this issue i have given complain earlier also but i dint get any solution from your side,Reliance had also activated VAS services on my number and after calling to customer care they deactivated it and returned my rs.I request to the ministry of consumer affair to give me solution for this problem and raise a complain against reliance communication.

Which this act i was in Delhi and my number was on roaming i could not call my parents due to very high tariff.i could not talk with my friend,while calling to customer care i was mentally harassed by them as every time they use to say your amount is charged correctly and your tariff is also correct.i called tp customer care more than 20 times. I want a action on Reliance communication for not accepting their mistake and i want compensation for it.
