I had Purchased 2 GSM when GSM Service was started in Mumbai in early 2009 , and I also recharged as I was been told it will be valid for 6 months then onwards but due to Worst service I started using them for few months and again in July 2009 I recharged both Sims with Rs 100/each .I got sms Recharge was succefull and I was using both Sims for another 3-4 days and one fine morning I got sms yr sim card registration failed and My service was stopped so I went to Reliance Web World from where I purchased and also Recharged my Sims and also others there everybody gave me differnt answers .So i wrote to Customer Care centre also had Phone call , I wrote to Nodal Officer and also to Applite Authority but initially I was been told in 3-4 days it will be solved and then no reply only and now repeatedly I have sent E-mails also nobody is answering .
So kindly let me know if as per them if my Sim cards were not charged for last 6 months my Service was stopped then why My recharge was successful and why I was able t ouse same for 3-4 days and all of sudden my service was stopped .
ANd Reliance is deducting many unnecessary charges without our knowledge so kindly let me know its not only me many People are having similar Problems and nothing happens .I want strict actions to be taken against Reliance Communication in this Regard because like this from many people they charge and Cheat people and dont reply only .
