Reliance GSM – Wrong billing terminated connection

Dear Sir/Madam I was using a Reliance GSM mobile connection# 7848815XXX in Bangalore from October 2013 to July 2014. On 12th of July 2014, I personally visited the Brigade Rd outlet of Reliance Communications and submitted a request for termination by paying all outstanding and pro rata dues till that date. I was given a Service Request number and was assured that the number will be discontinued. I got a call from their customer retention team after few days to which I declined and asked for the connection to be terminated.Since then I have been getting regular reminders for bill payment and follow up calls from their collection agents. They have been harassing me and my family for no fault of mine. In spite of informing them repeatedly that I have surrendered the connection they kept on generating new bills and terming me as a defaulter. I urge you to kindly help me come out of this ordeal and take strict action against reliance communications for this insult and harassment

1. Strict action taken and heavy penalty imposed on Reliance Communications 2. Financial compensation and apology from Reliance for the harassment they are causing
