I had trouble getting the Yamaha service center to fix a problem I’ve been having with a brand new product. They have been delaying repairing the product.
I’ve been extremely frustrated with using the product. It would stop working when I need to use it. I’ve had to make several visits to the service center to try and get the product fixed.
I want the product to be quickly fixed and the issue resolved. If the company cannot fix the product soon then they need to replace the product with a new one.
