I booked 2 bus tickets from Red Bus on 7 dec,2014 from Lucknow to Delhi. The bus broke down on Kanpur Jhansi highway at 12.30 am. The bus owner didn’t respond and the driver ran away from the spot leaving the bus and passenger stranded.There was no help of any kind. neither any alternative bus was made available.I tried calling red bus call center and they didn’t respond.The Conductor refused to refund my money Rs 1698. Strict action should taken against red bus.they charge exorbitant pries and don’t take any responsibility.They are fraud. Im calling them since 7 dec,2014 for refund but they are not replying The bus was by R.S YADAV travels. and departed from lucknow’s piccadily hotel at 8.40 Pm.

I want my refund of RS 1698 back. The tickets were booked in the name of Arpita A sahoo and Shivali goyal. The PNR No is DX8TZU. Strict action should be taken against both R s travels and Red bus and they should be fined.
