Right from the very beginning when I purchased the above mobile in Jan/Jeb 2013, my mobile set is not working properly. Its loudness of the voice at the both end ( incoming and outgoing ) is very poor even at receivers end it is also very poor.

Once I got it repaired from the show room of Heir at Ashok Nagar. During the process of repairing they replaced outgoing speaker ( as they informed ) but my problem in not resolved.

I would request kindly let me know the process of getting set replaced so that mobile can be used properly and without any interruption.
