On dt. 21-04-14 I purchased Cristal Apple Shape Non Stick Cookware 10pc set, by In. no NITCDRH-DRH-04-2014-1677955 from homeshop18, due to difectness, it was returned by Currier with the 2 gift voucher of Rs. 500 each. Homeshop 18 replace the same but the 2 Gift voucher and the currier charges of Rs. 350 was not delivered to me till today. I have mail to the Homeshop18 many times but their is no response from their side. So I request you to look into the matter and to make them to refund the charges and gift voucher of aforesaid amt.

Currier charges of Rs. 350 and two Gift Voucher of worth Rs. 1000 (each 500/-) total of 1350 plus mental stress & I have spent valuable time to correspondence since I used the homeshop 18 online shopping, worth Rs.2000, so I want to be refund of Total Rs. 3350.
