In year 2008 september i got reliance internet connection at my home with 150 kbps unlimited but did not find the speed as promised and asked customer services to send executive to my home to check the speed but nobody visited then atlast no one came i upgrade my plan to 2mbps limited data usage. the customer services told me that i can check my data usage online. Next day i asked customer services that i could not check data usages onlnie please help me they told me that one of our executive will visit your home to explain everything. but after few days i asked customer services that please tell me how can i check my date usage they told me that you can only check data usages after 45-90 days only and when i recieved my bill it was beyond my limit. i told customer services that my limit is of 1000 rs only and it is much higher. i asked you several times that tell me the data limit i have downloaded but you did not help me if you helped me than i would not cross y data usage limit. now it is your fault that your system could not show me the datails before 45 days. but the bill generated was for few days only if it was month that it should cross the limit of 10,000 Rs. I made several complaints for the bill waiver but company did not help me and continuing sending me bills with extra charges and legal notices too. If the company has made its system adequate then i would not cross my limit and continue my services but i stopped my services. my connection no was////A/c no 100109375780
I want compensation from the company in this regard and take some legal action against this company so the it will not send any legal notice and make any call in future in this issue.
