THREE WEEK INTERNET DISCONNECTION: DOCUMENTS: RELIANCE NO: 9388112857

Sir,

It is brought to your kind attn regarding disconnnection of internet by Reliance office, Near SBI Bank, MC Road, Chenganoor, Alappuzha, Kerala (Ph: 0479-3203500, 0479-3292352) without prior intimation to me even after address proof documents were duly submitted to Reliance office, Chenganoor, which was acknowledged by Mumbai office. I submitted two documents, one of telephone bill in r/o of (Late) Sarojini Amma (location changed) since I am staying in my brother’s residence and also the land document registered in my name duly attested by me in their presence which they had asked for. The Reliance office at Mumbai when contacted confirmed that the Chenganoor office had failed to fax the documents for reasons beyond imagination. The Reliance office at Chenganoor had threatened me with dire consequences if I proceed to the consumer court and that between days of disconnected I continuously contacted the Mumbai Reliance office who repeatedly found fault with the Chenganoor office.

In view of this matter at Chenganoor office for noncompliance, I faxed the document of Residence Certificate issued to me from the Revenue Department directly to the Mumbai Reliance office. The Chenganoor office is refusing to send the documents to Mumbai since I informed them that I will proceed to Court for settlement.

Due to disconnection, loss of income as salary is 20,000 to 50,000/- p.m. as I work in Medical transcription field. I also lost a contract to a firm due to nonreliability of internet connection. I had already for connection to BSNL which will be provided to me as soon as possible.

Since I lost the job and the contract and I have no other source of income, I find it extremely difficult to live and met the daily basic needs since I started just working as Home based work. This is the only source of income that is for survival in turbulent times of today. The documents submitted are foolproof and duly accepted by the Mumbai Office and the Chenganoor office. I find this deliberate by Chenganoor office due to promise that I will hold them liable in court.

I request Sir to kind do the needful at the earliest.
