I had registered a request for installation of a broadband connection with Reliance in the month of June. A representative had visited and took the installation charges and on month advance bill but since then I’ve been registering complaints and calling them up but there has been no actions from their sides. They had sent me the order acceptance acknowledging the payment on June 4 but there has been no action after that. Even after filing the complaint again and again they have been telling me that they will check on the status but no resolution has been provided!!
