I have paid Rs.19,333 as part of the Reliance iphone scheme, this entitles me to zero billing for 2 years. My phone was activated on 23rd April 2014. Within a month it has been disconnected atleast 12 times and now Reliance refuses to resume my service despite proof of payment and purchase.
This has caused tremendous threat to my physical safety. As a working woman returning home late night, my phone has been disconnected at 11pm, 8.30 am etc. I cannot even call customer care in that situation and this has put my physical safety in jeopardy. i have lost 4 working days to running around for this, and this has taken a huge emotional toll. i live in a democracy and this is daylight robbery.
I want my phone service resumed. i want financial compensation for the physical time and effort i have wasted on this despite no fault of my own, and i want justice. i want to take reliance to court.
