1)at the time of advance booking jewellery labour charges told 436/gram but the day we bought they charged 499.83/gram. 2)In their Invoice Labour charges are not mentioned. 3)we already have lodged complaint on their website and they accepted their mistake & were ready to refund excess amount but till date we haven’t received any amount.

1) Refund of excess labour charges with Interest. 2) Invoice with details of Labour charges. 3) Penalty for mental stress Rs.10000/- & complaint expenditure charges 1500/-. OR we would like to return back Our jewellery & our invoice amount should be refunded with interest & penalty for causing mental stress Rs.10000/- & complaint expenditure charges 1500/-.
