My handset Lenovo K3 Note, and my mobile no.is 7002806880 which is registered my Jio app. state-Assam ,city-Silchar. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.

Dear sir I am from Allahabad U.P my set is lenovo A6000 and I have created Jio offer code 55540402407 from my mobile and get a Jio sim from retailor but after 10 days there were no signal in my sim and no msg displayed to the Jio no 7007978022 yet I have contacted to retailor and he taken back my sim and replied that someone other has used this code . please reply what should I do to get this offer
