Hello team, I am staying in chennai for job and I wanted to get reliance jio SIM in local store of Kelambakam which was recommended by you, but I and my friends we had to return multiple times from the store with an explanation that they are not giving sim card to other state people on that day. And yesterday the explanation was there is no configuration in the system for other state people and they were not even ready to show us that’s its not configured. Which kind of stores you guys are giving authority for distributing SIM card????

Respected sir. I got my jio sim on 17-9-16. The shopkeeper handed me the sim without taking any documents and said me that the server is down and to register the sim come on 19-9-16. But when i visited they said that the server is still down, come on 21-9-16 to register the sim but still they said that the server is down and said me to come
after 5-6 days. Now, in which shop can I go to register and activate the sim. The shop from which I got the is Digital xpress mini, Acharya market, Opposite HDFC bank, Rani bazar, Bikaner, Rajasthan
