sir on 15 th of sept i order one casual trouser from homeshop 18 my order no is 87364497 but it is not as same as shown in the picture and also big difference in colour i dint like that product and i returned that product with in 48 hour of purchase as per company rules i returned that product and asked them for refund i called at homeshop customer care they want some detail regarding product i tell them all the detail and i also mail to the homeshop18 but no reply and response from homeshop 18 i called so many time every time they asked me for detail everytime i give them detail regarding product now is already 22 days passed away no response nor any msg sent me by homeshop 18 such a worst service i have ever seen so plz help me to get refund as early as possible thanking you regd deepak kumar
