My several complaint have been log on the Wespro Team as well as in Homeshop18 through which the product is bought. Since the date of delivery and next after 24 hrs the complaint had given to the above both Team dealer and there having no any proper response and solution to my problem regarding the defect product. Product details as given below: 7- Inch Netbook (Black) Display 7 Inch Screen, 800×480 Pixels RAM- 2GB/4GB Product Code No. – 31769151 Product Name- Wespro(VIA 8850 Cortex A9 – 1.2 GHz Processor – 512MB RAM – 7″ – Google Android 4.0) Netbook- Black. Suborder no.- 94441435. Net Amount Rs. 4999.0 In this along details several mails and phone calls have been gone. But till date no any solution given by them. This has been informed several months ago through their portal no given and in an emails. But no response and give replacement against defect product furnished.
