Reliance Jio Lyf SIM Not Activated – Unethical Employee

Respected Sir, 1. I am Lt Col Vikas Lamba from Min of Defense. I want to bring you in notice that an employee ” Mr Deepak ” of your company has cheated me by selling JIO SIM at cost of Rs 250 which is not activated since last one month.I want to expose the same in media and consumer court if action will not be taken against him till 01 July 16. This incident has happened to me and I am very disheartened to tell you the same in following paras. 2. I have purchased LYF Water 2 mobile from a shop “SONY TEL” located at Palam village 110045 on 15 May 16 where Mr . Deepak employee of JIO is working as promoter of the mobiles. He has said that the sim is free with mobile but will activate in next month. On 14 June when i went to him for complaint against non activation of sim , he has given me new sim but charged me Rs 250 quoting the cost of new sim. Till date the sim is not activated and when today I went to him , he said that distributor has been changed and I Have to apply for new sim and fresh documents. I want to tell you that this kind of frauds are not acceptable with such good reputed company and I want suitable action aginst Mr Deepak whose mobile number is 07011901186 which he is not picking up.

I have also contacted Mr Sameer , team leader of JIO at Dwarka Sec 13 and informed the complete matter to him also. I have very high regards for Reliance and JIO but such incidents are putting question mark on credibility of employees. I ahve also lodged tele complaint of the same on JIO customer care . I request for immediate action against Mr Deepak and activation of my JIO mobile sim. All details of SiM has been registered with my name and my mobile number . At last , I just want jsutice from your end else I will forward the same mail to consumer court and Media for neccassary action.
