I KGK Murthy along with my daughter Went to JIO Shop Opp SBI Sri ram nagar Kakinada East Godavari District Andhra Pradesh India on 22.11.2017 at 6.10 PM and asked details to purchase a JIO phone .The service man started discussion with us as crooked /obliquity manner.then we came out and mailing this to take necessary action against him

my request Sir, My JIO mobile no.is 8319438584. I have the plan JDDD 399 which will expire on Nov.29. but as my JIO no. was not working, I recharge the JIO no.8319438584 with new plan of Rs.459/- & activate the same wrongly now.Please arrange to deactivate the Rs.459/- plan now & activate the same only after Nov.29.2017. Unfortunately, once the plan is activated it cannot be deactivated.I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. my request As plan was running under JDDD 399, my no.was not working and the balance was shown zero. I recharged for Rs.459/- & activated the same,then it starts working.Now both the plans are working as per expiry date. Can two plans will work in a no.simultaneously in a prepaid mobile no. as per TRAI rule.
