Hi, I have purchased Jio Sim card on 20.08.2016, Sim number 7010521097. My phone is yet to be activated. I believe Reliance Jio of Mukesh will go down the dogs as his brother’s Anil Ambani. I can feel the bad customer service from the beginning itself and I am seriously considering myself to transfer my account from Airtel to Jio due to its bad customer service. Sourav
