To The Manager Reliance Life Insurance Company limited Date: – 12/10/13 Subject: – complain against Reliance Life Insurance Company limited for a fraud and cancellation of the policies done through this Sir, I want to complain against Reliance Life Insurance Company limited for a fraud against the name of giving a loan of 10 lakh on an insurance policy. On 25/07/13 I received a call from Mr. Ravi Kapoor calling himself as the representative of Reliance Life insurance company limited and offered policy in which a sum of 10 lakh rupees will be given as loan which is interest free and will be paid back in 10 equal installments of 1 lakh each every year . On asking why they choose us for it he replied that our bank record suggests that we have good record with every investments and loans we have taken so far. On asking what benefit Reliance Life Insurance Company limited has in giving us such a big amount he replied that they benefit it from higher investments from government by showing that they are aiding to future business. Initially we kept it on self and asked for time to analysis the whole thing. Then Ms. Sonia Sharma called and repeated the same. Then Mr. Ravi Kapoor called again gave no of his boss Mr.Sumit Sharma Then Mr.Sumit Sharma called and repeated the same again on 26/07/13. They collected the first check from us on 27/07/2013… of amount 99,999. With date 30/07/13, to be drawn on 31/07/13 by reliance life insurance with a commitment of loan with 45 days. Documents were collected by Saurabh Sharma:-9785588523- Paper Collector in Jaipur His address is House no 2036, 2nd crossing, luniharo ka rastha, chandpole bazaar, Jaipur Then on 16/08/13 medical was done On 22/08/13 Mr. Ravi Kapoor called again and said if any calls come from our centre then please don’t tell them about loan as you are our Premium customer and we are offering this loan on our behalf and on 23/08/13 policy was finalized and received on 24/08/13. Then on 25/08/13 Mr. Ashok Ghangari & Samay Chohan called and talked about some security deposit needed for the processing will be returned with the loan. I called back Mr. Ravi Kapoor to know what’s new thing is this. He said he doesn’t know and is presently out of station so can’t confirm it. In the mean time Samay Chohan called regularly to make it fast with some lame excuses, he even sent a check collector Akash soni : – 8302575003 – Paper Collector in Jaipur( Hasanpura ). I denied it as I was not sure about all of this. Then Mr. Rishi Kumar called to the collector and then to me and convinced me. Check with date 27/08/13 of amount 32500 …drawn the same date with a commitment of return of 5, 32,500 on 20/9/13 and 5 lakh on 21/09/13. We waited till 25/09/13. Then we called these people. They kept on postponing giving some reasons for delay. Mr. Ravi Kapoor said the reason behind not receiving the amount is because we made another policy with Mr. Ashok Ghangari . Mr. Ashok G
