This is to bring to your notice that a policy of Reliance Life Insurance Guaranteed Money Back Plan has been sold to me by making false commitment. Before issuing the policy the person called me and said that as Reliance company is entering into Bank sector and as applied for the same with RBI. As per RBI guidelines the company has been asked to create a customer for its banking purpose. He said that as per instruction Reliance Capital is issuing soft loan against the insurance policy. The loan amount shall be 10times of the policy premium. The person Mr. Amit Kumar (Mobile No.9250402209) Policy no. – 50817081 Client Id. – 85750215 A written complaint for the same has been filled with your Reliance Life Insurance office at RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad on 12/04/2013.Complaint was also filed with IRDA on 19.04.2013 vide complaint no. 04-13-022849. But still no resolution has come up to resolve the complaint. Complaint with National Consumer Helpline.in was registered on 03.07.2013. Also written letter was sent to the company on 30.05.2013
