R/sir my name is Hemant Sharma.i have purchased an insurance policy from reliance insurance agent punit garg (fathebad branch) in july 2013.after two days i said to agent cancel my policy. he said to me that your policy being cancelled and your amount will refunded in your bank account soon. after 10 days i call to punit garg many days nd time to know my refund status but he did’t pick my call after that i call to reliance customer care regarding this issue but they said that your policy being issued and now because free lock period of 15 days are over now they will not cancel my policy. when i said to them that i have not received any policy bond. then they said to me we contact you soon. on 05-11-2013 an letter from reliance insurance company received to me in which they mention my policy number and said they will not cancel my policy and i have to pay renewal premium continue sly to ensure continued coverage. because of these issue i made many called to reliance customer care but i did’t get satisfactory response from them. i get so mentally disturbed because of this issue so now you are requested to help in cancel my reliance policy and help in get my refund back.
