Please refer the complaint against Policy No-50611738 of Reliance Life insurance which is rejected by the Insurance company without any verification or checking of facts. It is fraud from agent who misguide the customer like me to closed my old policy & paid all dues with agent commission & bonus to me. He do the bogus signature on the application & do the new policy & also tell to me that if you informed to any one then you not received any amount. He also give a SMS on my mobile for deposit Rs 15700/- in A/c No-28310100013156 of Bank Of Baroda Which I have deposit in Bank Of Baroda Yamuna Nagar –H.R. Branch. The Deposit Slip Is available with me & I had filed a police complaint against him.
All the facts are Provided to the Insurance company for cancellation of Policy But after one month of period they have only one answer that if you do the investment in our company then you have to continue & they are not responsible for any guidelines issue by IRDA.
The given complaint are not verified by the insurance company & without consulting to me & hearing my problems they finalised their decision that the “complaint is made beyond the free look period hence your request has not been processed.”
So please verified the compliant & provide the justice to me as I am a common people & do not understand the Free look period , fraud ( Bogus Signature & Misguiding by the agent employed by the insurance company) . Also I am unable to deposit the next instalments in future due the financial crisis.
For your information I have submit the scan copy of documents (wrong/Bogus Signature By agent) available with my policy document.
