I have submitted my ULIP policy no: 10491957, for surrender on 22nd september 2010 at 11.45 a.m, with a fund value of Rs.63793.93. They told me that I will be credited the surrender value within 10 days from the date of filing. Till now I have not been credited the amount to my bank account. When I called them, the person incharge on phone no: 30480957, manoj, told me that it was logged in on 28th september 2010 and that the surrender value is Rs.63,642.00. The difference is Rs.151. The share market did not fall to that extent on 22/09/10, and I see manipulation by the insurance company in settling my surrender value by delay and reducing the amount. Kindly assist and get me the full surrender value + Rs.10,000/- as fraud charges made by the company on its customers. Thanking you.
