Reliance Mobile Balance Deduction

No proper response, uninformed deduction of balance, keeping call on hold for more than the promised time and disconnecting the call, never transferring the call to senior incharge, giving excuse of the server down, each executive giving a different answer.no proper response from the executive.

almost a total of more than Rs 80-90 deducted with no valid reason, deduction done on basis of advertisement, when asked to refund refused with no valid reason. so that in future there is no uncertain deduction should be there with no proper details, not to disconnect the call when transferring the call while transferring and call back if it disconnected, also a senior in-charge should take the responsibility and should have the courtesy to speak with the customer
