Dear All I’m using 8144483801 mobile number since October or November 2012. Initially they were levied more money by sending messages as INR 5 deducted for VAS service, INR 3 deducted for VAS service, INR 7 deducted for VAS service etc., I have to call customer care again and again and they told us that it was wrongly levied and refund the money. After that immediately I have immediately subscribed DNB and after that quite sometime we didn’t get any such trouble frequently (but on occasional basis). On 1st August, my money INR 49 has been deducted and upon calling them (customer care) they told Server down. I have called 6 times from the morning to evening and every time they told server down. They have asked me to call them again, so i called two days after then they told that it was deducted for VAS and it cant be refunded. I asked that I wasn’t subscribed to anything and why it cant be refund and they told that “only within 3 days amount deducted can be refunded”. Three days before (9th August), again money INR 15 was deducted but this time, it was automatically subscribed caller tune. I told, I have never subscribed anything because am in DNB list. They have checked again and telling me that it can be refund even it was automatically selected. Again, two days before they have deducted 17 INR and its again stating VAS, and again I called customer care, they told that this amount levied for caller tune and I told that this has been deducted already and I have already raised a complaint. This time also they are telling that daily one rupee will be deducted from source for having that caller tune, so you have been charged for 15 days and also its 17 rupees. Please some one kindly step in to this and take necessary action. They are frequently taking money from my number and its also without any proper reason. Thanks Vinoth Raj
