Being a DND subscriber Reliance Communications has started a caller tune in my number & charging time to time & i requested them to stop the service but they do not respond to me & continues charging from my number & when i lodge a complaint to their site they said to me that they don’t charge wrongly from my account & there is no VAS service in my number.

The damage that has occurred to me is Rs.30 on 13/12/14at 11.21.20 am,12/01/15 also deducted Rs.3 for caller tune service. I demand to know why they charged me wrongly ? i want compensation from them for their nasty work.
