Dear Sir/Madam, I am a helpless sufferer in the hands of Reliance mobile company. I have been using Reliane mobile GSM prepaid services. From last 7-8 days(from 22 or 23 October 2014) I noticed that my prepaid account balance exhausted of its own without using it as well as there was no mobile network these days. I have already activated local/std pack (199 Inr which give 525 minutes of local std voice call) & mobile internet pack (177 Inr which give 1 gb 3g data benefit for 28 days). I have not made any ISD call or sent sms during these days. I remember that I had a repaid balance of 412 rupees which automatically exhausted. I again recharged with 205 rupees 0n 29th Oct 2014 which again exhausted. now during these problem phase I tried calling many a times to customer care number of Reliance mobile (198) but they always gave me lame excuse that their server has some problem or due to some technical error they are unable to check my account status. whenever I asked to talk to their higher official they hang up my cal for up to 30 minutes & finally disconnected my call. I also sent a mail to customer care regarding the same issue but that mail was not responded by their team till date. this happened so many times & i am so fed up that I again recharged my account with 10 rupees on 1st nov 2014 & register myself for mobile number portability. after registering my number for portability with reliance communications on 1st Nov 2014 I got a call from reliance company asking me about the reason for portability when I complained him about he poor services of their company he threatened me that they will not forward my portability request. this service related issues are previously happened. this problems are not tackled properly by this company. after having this experience I am really feeling helpless in the hand of this telecom company. But I am sure they must be governed by some laws & regulations. I want the help of team CORE to assist me fight against such poor service. I am highly upset with the mental turmoil due to this scenario.
my number should be ported to another service provider refund of deducted amount to me (around 650 rupees)+ monetary compensation for the mental harassment+ legal course of action as permissible under law governing telecom services or equivalents.
