I had complained You Telecom on 28th Of October regarding my internet is not working via complaint # 2014102810373. Till Date no one has come down to my place to solve the issue. after waiting so many days i visited You Telecom personally and got the answer, “Our Engineer has pulled cable from Different location. Problem is from our side.” It will take 1-2 days to resolve the issue. Network Engineer Mr. Hiren Patel and the receptionist were lying by informing that our engineer is on way to your complaint.
