Flipkart – Moto E Mobile Center Denied to Repair

I have purchased Moto E on 16th May 2014 on flipkart. I had faced the problem of white stripes after 1 month of purchasing. That time the issue got resolved with the help of your Motorola service center. But again the same problem has started with addition of internal cracks. Now this time your service center people had denied to repair the same by saying this problem does not cover under warrenty, but I strongly feel that its a mfg.defect because within 6 months of span this problem arises 2 times.

I want total refund and Rs. 5000/- as I suffered loss
